Short CV：
After working for Japan Airlines, he joined the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he served as BCG Japan Representative from June 2000 to December 2004. Professor at Waseda University from 2006 to March 2022. He teaches competitive strategy and leadership theory at business schools, lectures at executive programs, and conducts corporate leadership training. He is the author of numerous books, including Hypothetical Thinking. His new book is Competitive Strategies for Innovation(2022). Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Tokyo. Graduated from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Keio University (MBA).
